1. Service Nature

Get My Car is a digital valet notification and car retrieval platform. We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) and do not ship physical products. This policy explains how our digital services are delivered and what to expect when you sign up.

2. Digital Service Delivery

Our services are delivered digitally and instantly upon activation:

  • Guest Access: Immediate via SMS link - no download or installation required
  • Venue Dashboard: Instant access upon account creation and payment confirmation
  • Mobile App: Available for download from App Store and Google Play
  • API Access: Credentials provided within 24 hours of Enterprise plan activation

3. Account Activation Timeline

Service activation times vary by plan:

  • Starter Plan: Instant activation upon payment
  • Pro Plan: Activated within 2 hours during business hours
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom onboarding scheduled within 1-3 business days

You will receive a confirmation email with login credentials and setup instructions immediately after activation.

4. Hardware Shipping (If Applicable)

For venues that order optional hardware (tablets, QR code stands, signage):

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days
  • Domestic Shipping: 3-5 business days (standard), 1-2 days (expedited)
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped

Hardware is optional and not required to use our core platform services.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for physical items (if applicable):

  • Domestic (US): $15 standard, $35 expedited
  • Canada: $25 standard, $50 expedited
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $500 (domestic only)

6. Delivery Confirmation

For digital services, you will receive email confirmation immediately. For physical shipments, signature confirmation is required for orders over $200. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship physical items to:

  • All 50 US states and territories
  • Canada
  • Select international locations (contact sales for availability)

Digital services are available globally, subject to local regulations.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your physical shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement at no additional cost. Take photos of any damaged items and packaging for insurance claims.

9. Returns and Exchanges

Physical hardware can be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Digital services are non-returnable but may be eligible for refunds per our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

10. Service Availability

Our digital platform is available 24/7 with 99.9% uptime guarantee. Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours with advance notice. SMS notifications are delivered within seconds, and dashboard updates occur in real-time.
