3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Venue Relationship

Get My Car acts as a technology platform connecting guests with venue valet services. We are not responsible for the physical handling, parking, or care of your vehicle. The venue and its valet staff are independent contractors responsible for vehicle operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Get My Car is not liable for any damage to, loss of, or theft of your vehicle
• We are not responsible for delays in vehicle retrieval
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the past 30 days
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Vehicle-related claims should be directed to the venue and their insurance provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Get My Car and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy, including location data and photos for verification purposes.

9. Service Modifications
